Why the negative critic reviews? Is it because we are meant to be re-programmed to watch kids films e.g The new star wars films and Avengers etc?

Outrageously funny adult humour...solid 8/10.

I could have watched it again immediately...

Haven’t seen it but rather than read reviews, I prefer to make my own mind up anyway.

Is it supposed to be a comedy? Because of this presumably it has got the negative reviews as it isn't one thing or another.

Its very 80s in style...the comedic parts are in the one liners mostly which are very memorable...

It’s not just the critic reviews that are bad, it’s got very poor user reviews as well on all the major websites such as meta critic, IMDB etc.

I looked on imdb today and the user reviews were 7-10s...

The original Predator was riddled with memorable one liners.

My favourite coming from Jesse Ventrura - " I`m just a goddam sexual Tyrannosaurus " lol

The '87 original was boss - Proper kick-ass action, sweaty testosterone, Arnold in his prime and some cool gore and special effects.The second one was alright with Bill Paxton and the JUM-AAH-KAAAN drug wars "Voodoo magic Mon..."

It's been downhill since then, sadly...

Those truly awful Alien Vs Predator pictures are the pits. Watched half of the first one, I can happilly die content without even seeing the second.

A mate of mine got free tickets for the latest one and said it was torture...and he's a much bigger sci-fi gorehound than me, so his opinion is bang on the money.

Hollywood is finished......
