I'm not going to outright say that we miss Phil Neville. He was a limited footballer blahblahblah...
He was more of than a limited footballer he was OUR captain. I don't know what he did behind the scenes, but whatever he did worked or appeared that way. There are several reasons why our team right now is having a poor form. I have to think for a while back to remember a long streak of just [Poor language removed] from Everton F.C. Missing a strong leader certainly plays a big part of it. I think since Neville has left no one has really stepped up to that role. I can imagine Neville really getting into the head of these players whenever there was something wrong. To be honest most of the players don't look like they care or have just accepted things aren't working.
Things aren't clicking and we need a madman on and off the pitch to take charge and point out what is wrong.
