Sorry Ijjy. I feel at least in part responsible by sharing that snap from that crazy night.

Okay serious question for pet people. We've just bought three young dogs and they are all being a bit over-friendly with each other - at the same time, all of the time. If you know what I mean? They are only 8/9 months old. What can I do to calm them down a bit?

I've got this one lads:

- Go out into the woods. On your own or with a friend. It doens't matter.
- Chop a regular sized tree down.
- Keep chopping it
- Keep chopping it
- Maybe saw it a bit
- Saw some more.
- Until the wood shavings are really small.
- Pour the sawdust over the dogs.

Easy.

You're welcome mate.

I'd give the plastic bag and duct tape a go mate. If it's good enough for the cats.....

Thanks mate. I'll give it a go later. I've got a pic of them here:

This is a thread for people having animal problems.

Like me and mrs Ijjy are.

Now my cats (about 1 and a half now) are experiencing their first proper summer. And they are loving it.

Out all day. In when they feel like it. But. There's a but. They keep bringing home baby birds. And they are bloody possessive of them!

Is there anything anyone can advise as it's quite horrendous. The other day one of them just kept bringing them in. Every time I disposed of one another was there.

I've read about bells on collars to warn the bird, but that won't work. I know it's just their nature but it's nasty!

I've tried sawdust. I've suggested eating the cats. I've suggested leaving them inside but that seems cruel.

What to do? Any advice would be great.

For those interested the latest score is:

Maverick 7 Maximillion 4

My cat is smashing it to be fair.

Just noticed this thread mate..... The obvious answer is to pour glue on your driveway so the cats get stuck in it ant then spend 15 minutes driving backwards and forwards over them.... Problem solved.

Glad I could help a friend in need.
