The Naked Rambler - Tit or not ?

This fella has been in and out of prison for years because of his hardline on being allowed to walk around stark bollock naked, in doing so he has cost the taxpayer thousands of pounds to look after him, not including the various court costs and policing time dedicated to locking him up.

So, do you think he's right in that he just wants to live his life as he wants to, or is he simply being a stupid c*** ?
