but that won't happen though. If Kirkby are sensible they will have decent public services to capitalize on the possible revenue increase that comes with the new stadium by keeping the area clean and free of littler, thus making the place more attractive and generally nicer. It is very, very doable.

Plus if it does take off, land prices won't go down, they should increase. More people want to be there, more jobs available etc etc.
