Amongst the horror of the current situation in Ukraine was the appearance of a "military expert" wheeled out by Sky the other day.
His field of expertise was nuclear weapons. This in response to Mad Vlad upping the stakes at the weekend. Now this retired of course, General, was in his element telling the audience about the awful damage each type of weapon could do. We could have done without him saying that one weapon explodes in the sky and creats a thermonuclear wall of fire that vapourises anything or anybody in its path. What made me smile was the more he described these weapons his eyes seemed to glaze over as his heartbeat rose and at the close it seemed as if he'd just come in his pants such was his obsession.
