Potentially a very interesting tie coming up in the 2nd round of the FA Cup. AFC Wimbledon could be facing Milton Keynes Dons. Hopefully both get through their respective replays and Wimbledon will get a win against, what is surely, the most soulless club in world football.

and lets get united against fc united in the third if we can (heat them balls!!!). i love the fa cup, it needs more money or a C/L place etc to give it a sterner look but it is a great english tradition.

it's better than a soap and it gets us thinking outside the bubble of the champions league/premier league - it's great. i would love us to win it again so much!

looking forwards to that draw.. also there was a good matchup yesterday where gillingham played dover, with the gills having nicked the dover manager and his backroom staff somewhat acrimoniously during the summer. of course dover then proceeded to **** their league rivals all over the shop, and in their own back yard.

:D
Great story, especially this part:

Gillingham's defeat was all the more remarkable as Dover's goalkeeper, Ross Flitney, had come out of hospital to play and made a series of outstanding saves. Flitney, who is suffering from an infection and requires surgery on his neck and knee, will now return to hospital to have an operation.
Love the FA Cup myself. Just a shame, the BBC doesn't have the broadcasting rights anymore.

The derby match everyone has been waiting for.

Did a little bit of snooping on one of the AFC Wimbledon forums. They seem to hate the idea of this fixture and want to lose to Ebbsfleet, because they think it will kick off big style - as in, carnage - and tarnish the reputation of their club.

Would love to see them match ups wimbldon v mkd and the 2 utds from manchester. It would be what the FA cup is all about.
