I am as disappointed and as surprised as anybody as how this season is going. I will bet RM is even moreso.I imagine that he must have thought that managing a big club was easy peasy compared to managing a small struggling club....if he did so then I am sure that he thinks differently now.

This is a real test of him as a manager and because the stakes are so high he does not have an indefinite
amount of time to improve matters.
It could never have been story of continuous improvement without some trouble on the way.
Roberto Martinez will stand or fall as a manager in the next month or two.
I don't believe he has lost the dressing room. I believe that players have lost their confidence. I believe the manager has to go back to a more basic formula , start winning matches and move forward tactically again in time.

Don't be suckered into the belief he can't do it either. His Wigan side played some woeful football whilst he was there and came out with 3 points a few times. He could really do with that now.

i always keep the faith. they got gifted 3 points at home to the worst team in the league and still dropped 2 - they're just as bad as us
