I apologise admin but this needs posting

I have just come off the phone to LincsEFC regarding the non payments for tickets and he’s been apologetic and I thank him for that .

As far as in concerned once he pays back the last person he owes money too then the problem is over .

He had a previously good reputation on the ticket thread but he’s clearly not to be trusted now

He said he will pay @John Barton back today .

As far as I'm concerned, @LincsEFC has been a member on here for over three years, has an exemplary record and has bought an sold a number of tickets over the years without any issue. That allows some benefit of doubt. He assured us it was a genuine error an he had returned money. I've no doubt he'll return money to @John Barton

"I apologise admin but..." is no good. We've asked/told you yesterday to not create defamatory new threads like this one. The information is already in the ticket thread, we're already aware - threads like this achieve nothing and are counter productive. You've accused me of wanting to sweep it under the carpet, a total nonsense - I wouldn't be posting like this if that was the case. This thread has been justifiably reported with comments like 'Maybe a genuine error by the fella he's slating based on his previous good reputation so seems off to keep calling him out'

As I said yesterday, we've had two confirmed instances of foul play since the ticketing thread was started in 2012. One was a non Evertonian opportunist who exploited desperation when we were at Wembley, one was this week. It's almost like that one issue this week has now fuelled needless paranoia - if anyone has any concerns, all we ask is you flag it with the moderators. There's no need for an initial trial by public. If we find foul play, we'll share it, as we have before - not you. We told you this, you chose to ignore it, all the more disappointing when we allowed you back on this account after your first was banned...
