Foz, hopefully you've got two legs to stand on mate.

Firstly approach the vending agent, which I assume would be Amazon, and explain exactly what has happened sending them copies of what correspondence you have. They will tell you exactly what their mis-pricing policy are and what action can be taken against the vendor. If they have a recommendation page for that vendor make an entry telling the world what a [Poor language removed] he is. Apart from actually knowing where the [Poor language removed] lives and paying him a visit there is little else that can be done:angry:

i got a receipt and paid by credit card so have the proof just wondering were i stand they aint said nowt yet though so fingers crossed.

Also tell the credit card company, they might take action if he has with held goods after an agreed sale, they could stop him using their services(y) (y)

a nice big negative feedback including words like 'parasite, cheat, liar, bandit' usually does the trick for making you feel better.

credit card rules are different again, might be an idea to check with them regards payments made and their stance on fair and proper trading.
