Me and my mate had a conversation about this today. They don't just hydrate you, they cheer you up/make you happy.

I'd happily have a brew, two sugars. (y)
 

Made a lovely Hot Chocolate for my Daughter ready for when she came back from her friends.....sprinkles and all..............but I do love a nice steaming, sweet cup of tea.

I either drink from my Everton mug or one with my name and a little story thing on it.

Got home early from 6th and instantly got a brew on, highlight of the day.
