Being ear battered by Kopites is the same as Eddie (Mark Benton) in "Early Doors" waffling on repeatedly to anyone in ear shot about the finer points of the temporary traffic lights hes obsessed with. I find a bland disinterested "oh, yeah" suffices successfully

That reminded me. Early Doors was an exceptionally good show. It didn't get the accolades it deserved. Fortunately, I have CD's of the series. Often watch them, brilliant characters and scripts.
