what about if we post the best rapper to die of AIDS but who hasn't been officially confirmed as having contracted the disease as yet (but has a high percentage of doing so and therefore eventually succumbing to it) ?

Blood transfusion during heart bypass surgery is what I found. If you do control F on his Wikipedia page, the word 'rap' can be found 14 times...
