Right, I'm bored and tucking into the Christmas ale already while Mrs Jock is at work so I thought I'd get the ball rolling on this.

I'll give you a list of categories, what I want is three nominees for each. Then I'll do a series of polls (without cheese on toast lad) and the winner can be chosen democratically.

I want to start the polls by tomorrow evening-ish so no procrastinating, get on it.

Bear in mind, this is purely to satisfy my boredom.

Young player: I would say Rodwell but I can't ignore what Vellios has accomplished in such a short amount of time, against the odds.
Goal of the year: Beckford vs Chelsea. Come on people, 10 men against Chelsea, what a freaking winner!
Game of the year: Everton 5 - 3 Blackpool. Easily the best game for neutrals I've ever seen us in.
Unsung hero: Ossie. Has been class when given a chance in his best role, but doesn't moan when he's shunted out wide.
