After reading an old Independent article via a link posted by a friend on Facebook I decided to look for a particular one myself. If you read it and want to know what good came out of it, bear in mind I had my 40th birthday during rehearsals and had not long decided that my stormy on/off marriage to my first wife was over.

...and whilst posting a reply on the fixture list thread I remembered the time when I was helping shred old records a place that had been a young offenders' institution, when the John Morgan mentioned in this other article (the one the Facebook friend posted) told me that amongst those records was those of a then high profile footballer (who went on to be a manager - I'll say no more than that)
