But this stuff has to be a contender for fourth sauce.*

Bought it again recently and its going on everything. Sausages, eggs, sandwiches.

Need to find a place to buy this stuff in bulk.

Anyone liking the chilli sauces?

I try not to consume anything with the word '[Poor language removed]' on it. Call me superstitious.

My "mate" made me try some a few months back. First thing I knew, I was hiccuping madly, eyes streaming, and saliva pouring out of my mouth.

Not my cup of tea, but some people clearly like it.

In all honesty I don't go much hotter than tabasco with my sauces.

I sometimes like thai or indian food hotter than that, but it gets a bit macho and masochistic after that.

Although some people do develop a tolerance to it and are forced to reach for ever hotter chilli highs.

Technically its a suspended emulsion made of eggs, oil and lemon juice/vinegar.
