The forum has been acting a bit bonkers this morning..

Is it just me or has the forum gone a bit weird this morning?

Really stuttery performance, posts going missing... and randomly ending up as a different user on every page?!

I literally just saw the admin section of the forum on the front page because it looked like I was briefly logged in as @GrandOldTeam

What's happening?? database issues or something?

Planned server upgrade mate.

I only told the sound members though.



All done now/went according to plan.

Nothing out the ordinary, we can't share some server upgrades too widely as it's a potential security risk.

We're now running on Ubuntu 18.04 which I'm sure you'll all be thrilled to hear.

Had the same, all running smoothly again, tried to get into the admin section obviously, but to no avail.

Well that was wierd. Thought I was cracking up then.

I was intoxicated with the chance to swing ban hammers, torch posts and gossip while reclining on a chaise longue.

If you ever need a gossipy, power crazed admin who has access to a chaise longue let me know.
