Since we all have an abundance of time on our hands, let's see what everyone is trying to make.



I'm trying a bit of Chicken Tikka Masala tonight from scratch, got the spices and everything. Will probably be crap but what else do I have to do. Will post pics when done.
 

I made 2 kg of pulled pork yesterday and have made 60 honey and cinnamon biscuits today(half for the Greek old lady upstairs,it's an Easter thing) Now comes the Wrong part............I'm making chips with chippy curry sauce to go along side the pulled pork .NEA but the missus thinks I am RANK.
