Roberto Martinez is set to launch a new and exciting club that will offer Evertonians the chance to network and do business with fellow Blues.

Martinez, who will be joined by Chief Executive Robert Elstone, will be attending the launch of the new Everton Business Club at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool on Tuesday 17 November.

The club will not only strengthen members’ commercial networks but also provide valuable business insights into managing a team, pioneering leadership, communication, recruitment and supporting local people – all key components for success on and off the pitch.

Richard Kenyon, Everton’s Director of Marketing and Communications, said: “We are really excited to be launching the Everton Business Club. We want to engage with the vibrant and strong business community here in Liverpool and provide a completely new networking forum, which combines two of the most important institutions in the city – football and business.

“Our vision is to extend the already strong Everton community into the business world and create a network which facilitates opportunities for its members in a familiar and enjoyable environment.”

Members will enjoy a range of benefits, including exposure on Everton’s official website, a quarterly newsletter and the chance to attend four exclusive events featuring members of the Everton first-team squad and influential business leaders, to gain an insight into how football and business work hand-in-hand.

Existing Hospitality Lounge Members at Goodison receive free membership to the club, meaning that the new network already boasts over 500 members. New members can join the Everton Business Club for a seasonal membership fee of £99+VAT, which is donated to Everton in the Community, the Blues’ official charity.

To join the Everton Business Club and attend this fantastic event, please contact Amanda Chatterton, Corporate Partnerships and Events Manager at Everton in the Community, by emailing amanda.chatterton@evertonfc.com or calling 0151 530 5253.

What a BOSS idea. Maybe the club could learn to do business with someone looking to buy.

Elstones got a cheek turning up. How is that whopper an example to the business community? Failing to generate new investment in a club in the most lucrative league in the world and signing short sighted abysmal commercial deals. Whilst not putting one cent of his own money into improve said club, relying purely on the next sky cheque. Oh he's a business colossus!

They could have picked a photo with him wearing a tie properly and and not looking like a drunk after-dinner speaker ffs
