Now Uefa have ruled on Palace being removed from the Europa League due to the Multi-Club model, does this mean Everton are at risk with our European brothers?

Let the catastrophising begin...

"Each club, like Everton, to be run as a separate entity."

In the end TFG still owns Pursuits Sports, so technically the own each club that are part of Pursuits Sports, which means they own multiple clubs, which is what multi club ownership, is it not?

"To ensure Girona could participate in European tournaments alongside Manchester City, City Football Group had to make changes to its ownership structure. UEFA regulations required them to either lower their stake in Girona to below 30% by selling shares to an unrelated party or place their holdings in a blind trust managed by an independent UEFA-approved panel.

City Football Group opted for the latter, announcing that their shares in Girona FC were placed into an independent blind trust effective from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025."

we would do this if we ever entered the same european competition as Roma in the same season

No.

Simply put, Palace gambled against themselves and lost. Completely unfair on them.

But Forest transferred their shares out, and when they and Olympiacos didnt clash, they got transferred back.

The whole thing stinks, but its a lesson learned for everyone and should we qualify for Europe (which would be an achievement in its own right), then we'd do similar.

Watts and co. I expect would be the "liable", I suspect.
