Lets talk about the goldmine they call Eredivisie 
RVP being bought for 5 million (!) and Eriksen for 12 million , what compared to alot of transfers these days is almost nothing. Really shocking because the Netherlands is known for its good players. Bergkamp , cruijf , RVP , van basten , van nistelrooy and you could go on like that. When the barcelona president was asked why barcelona was so good , he answered ''because we had cruijf''. Unbelievable to think big talents cost only 5 million over there doesn't it? with also Ajax having won 4 champions league's and Feyenoord and PSV both 1? well.. its all in the high prices being payed these days. there is no dutch club that can come with even 20 million for a player while even the english clubs that promoted can come up with 30-20 million for players. See where I am going? So players are good and cheap , makes you wonder why arsenal signs so much french instead of dutch players considered they like cheap players with lots of potential right? Exactly what mancity and chelsea thought. they have scouts staying in Rotterdam , Amsterdam and Eindhoven to go and watch the talents every day , signing them when they are 17 even before PSV , Feyenoord and Ajax can make them a offer , Letting players walk into england to fast what means they will almost never play and yet another talent will be wasted. But there are still good talents in the Netherlands , even with this scouting. The most loyal fans in the Netherlands. they once lost 10-0(!) to PSV 2-3 years ago when the club was going down hill but 3 days later against VVV venlo the kuip (attedance of 50.000) was complety sold out with 50.000 Feyenoord fans showing their support and they will never be ashamed for their club and will support them till they die. Sounding like a beautiful movie isn't it? Well it is really hartwarming for me atleast. the big financial crisis , they still have going on , made them fall back on their youth education , and how. Chelsea and ManCity prefer to look at Rotterdam. As it is a harbor-city which means the players are mostly born in well.. 'not-rich' families they will fall for the money they got offered easily. Yet they have had low-budget signings and youth they created theirselves they have had a incredible 'fight-back' as they were placed 10th in 2010-2011 and with the help of John Guidetti (on a loan of mancity) they became placed second in the eredivisie , leaving the Feyenoord fans to become crazy and have a big party. John Guidetti became feyenoord fan during his loan and alot of players , when they play in the kuip against Feyenoord with 'het legioen' what the feyenoord fans are called , start dreaming of playing for feyenoord for example craig bellamy. last season they got placed third with the help of graziano pelle. Feyenoord had won as first dutch club the champions league in 1970.
Ajax: like manchester united , won the most prices etc. but is the most hated. They are so cocky that they walk in everywhere thinking they'll win , thats compared to manchester united just a 'being the best of the country' way of acting , The big prices being payed for players have beated them as now they mostly don't survive the champions league's groupsround. Eriksen and Alderweireld leaving them for atletico madrid and tottenham makiing them higly disabled as they lost at that time because theylost their best 2 players and had only talents to replace them. they have become champions 2-3 times in a row now . Their biggest rivals being Feyenoord , as they are the 2 biggest clubs of the netherlands and Amsterdam and Rotterdam not getting along anyway , Leads to big fights. Not a real financial crisis , but Everton is richer..
PSV: the third best of the country. compare the stadium attedance : Ajax around 50-60 thousand , feyenoord 50 thousand and PSV 34 thousand making it really clear. Big financial crisis untill 3 seasons ago , when the Eindohven government buyed PSV's trainingsground for 30-40 million , which they spended on buying players. even though they spended 30-40 millions , which leaded to lots of critism in the Netherlands , they still didn't became champions. With them buying wijnaldum , strootman and narsingh for example ( they bought many more) they bought good players. Strootman never showed it and moves to roma , where he is now one of the best players. Wijnaldum (which came from Feyenoord and this leaving Feyenoord supporters to become mad at him) have never showed it just like strootman and still players there. narsingh being injured for a long time and is just back. the only one who showed it at PSV is mertens , who now plays at napoli. as they live against the dutch-belgium border they mostly got good belgium talents. They have not Ajax or Feyenoord as their rivals , as both of those clubs are to busy with hating each other , or at least thats what it feels like. got this summer around 30 millions on transfers fee's but did not really spended it.

His mother left him when he was 12 leaving his father and his brother to raise him. he went to Feyenoord but lived in Leiden , a city close to amsterdam. all his friends supported ajax and soon ajax noticed this and went to him to tell him he can play for ajax to. he refused and wanted to stay at feyenoord , which meant that till his 18th he made a hour long drive with the train to train in rotterdam.

a team like manchester united or arsenal could , im not saying they have to or its smart but Im saying they could , buy all these talents in one summer. it's a potential competition. I am not saying these will al get bergkamp's or RVP' s (it is weird how there is no attacker in the talents list while the Netherlands is so famous for its attackers) but some are good enough for everton and some even for arsenal. a club thats normally the best , Ajax , Has less talents then PSV and Feyenoord which is interesting. This is wat I think and saw about the eredivisie. I think the Netherlands are having big talents but alot are being wasted by big english clubs 'stealing' them at their 16th - 17th.
