Almost any one.
We might assume that Arteta has an attacking - however slight - ethos.
Moyes does not.
He will be whispering in his ear like the defensive minded ginger gollum he is, can't help himself.
You can't have one half of the team pulling one way and one pulling the other.
You are either one or the other.
The team has to pull in the same direction.I

How about...Arteta in as manager with Moyes as his assistant?

Moyes would be seen as 'helping' a former player to get ob the managerial ladder and perhaps only in for the season as his assistant.

Arteta taking the reigns building expansive football from a solid Moyes defence...

Id be very excited with that...

Arteta and Cahill would be a far better management duop for the future they know how to play and are young and there for the future -Oh also we only seem to win anything with former players from The Catt onwards - HK , Big Joe -so keeping that theme is a good omen......
