...seems a good idea to have an annual themed award. There are prizes given out at the end of season anyway, so calling them Dixies seems a very good way of making them unique - just like our own Oscars.

You've never got over the fact that Dixie's statue wasn't melted down and recast as Martinez !

As for the awards, i'm fairly ambivalent over the renaming of them, can't get worked up over it one way or the other, and there doesn't appear to be a decent "Cheese on Toast" option, so I can't be arsed voting.
