im a liverpool fan and unlike most of my fellow reds im actually honest. The red card i seen giving to rodwell is quite possibly the worst decision ive ever seen...everyones talking about suarez diving and thats understandable coz i still remember him handballing agaisnt ghana then celebrating when they missed the penalty so i knew he was a **** but as hes a red ill still be supporting him coz thats what us fans do...but atkinson is the bigger offender here as we was less then 5 yards away! he cant have any excuse other then he wanted to send off a player :blink: complete tit coz he ruined what wud have been a great game...i take it as a hollow victory and not one im too thrilled about winning that way but obv ill take the three points no doubt we will need them come the end of the season when we are fighting fourth...and lastly on the issue of the coin throwing i can understand why the fans did it becoz they felt cheated and robbed which is understandable but still no excuse for throwing things but thats football in this day and age some fans ruin it for the rest
 

Good lad. There are good and bad in all supporters, ours and yours.

it was threatening to be a great game, the Suarez chance, followed swiftly by a cahill header. Could have gone either way, and could've been the most thrilling derby for years.

Atkinson ruined it, and helped push back "friendly derby" relations in the process...
 
That is very admirable of you and I think spot on. I have been impressed by almost every Liverpool fan regarding this and even just before the Liverpool guy on the Merseyside phone in was saying similar. Im not too keen on the subsequent witch hunt by Everton of a few fans who threw objects. Lets leave it and move on.The atmosphere was volatile. There was a FA cup game a couple of years ago where (was it Brentford?) where their fans were throwing coins at Everton supporters.I wrote a letter to the FA which was ignored. I could recount loads of incidents, some in Europe, against everton fans and players about which nothing was done. But we all know the FA are rubbing their hands and have a chance to stereotype us again,dont fall for it!
 
I reckon he knows that RAWK members lurk on here and is an Evertonian masquerading as a Kopite to wind them up. IMO. No Red****e fan talks that much sense.

Fair play mate. I agree with you mostly, just maybe not about challenging for 4th ;)

It's just such a shame that what could have been a brilliant end to end match was ruined, especially so early on as well. But more than enough has been said about that already.

Well in for having the bottle for coming on here and posting your honest opinion.

But I have to agree with others that the Liverpool badge doesn't look right in here mate.

Probably a good idea mate. I actually meant to put up the opposite to this which is Gerrard in a liverpool shirt which has been poorly photoshopped to be blue.
The reason for the confusion is that I saved them as "join the dark side" and "join the light side" respectively. Here it is anyway.

Fair play mate, iv'e also been surprised by the reaction of a lot of my Liverpool supporting colleagues today who all said the decision was shocking and it actually ruined the game. Obviously they are delighted with the 3 points as we would be if the situation was reversed but none have gloated.

Regarding the coin throwers, I can understand the frustration but throwing stuff is an embarrassment to the whole club and the people of Liverpool.
