Seems a game of footie or tick with a bottle of pop and some chewy afterwards, makes you a scouser.

Thing is all those questions would of made it very easy to identify a true scouser... Its a one off accent

Only Proper Nouns like Blue, Scouser, rate a Capital, common nouns like rs, wool, don't.
Sorry, that's just the way it is mert.
It isnt a distance thing you could be camped out in the Liver Buildings cellar and youd still, be a wool.
I presently reside 10, 261 ( I had to google it) miles away but Im still a scouser
