Navel gazing blerts, in the main. Only the BBC would consider the resignation of their top man as the most interesting thing to happen in the world today.

I hadn't given them a 2nd one this morning tbh.

In this modern age though the license fee going to them should be scrapped and let them fund themselves with adds, although it would become PPV. A levie from what is made from all the other channels (not just bbc) could be used to fund Radio though cos that would suffer terminally, tv should carry it for a while as if it wasnt initially for Radio then there wouldn't be any of those wondrous boxes with people inside, TV and progs get an awful lot of exposure and adds from Radio along the way as well.

I'd ban all these 'foreign' kids progs though as they influence the kids, and they grow up with an attitude that is portrayed on telly by a 25 y.o. that is pretending to be 15.

Its amature night on newsnight lately how noboby showed Steve Misham a photo of Mcalpine is unbelivable , Sky and that slug Murdoch are loving it .

The BBC produce some very good programs, especially documentaries. I get that people don't think they should pay for the license fee and that they should start showing adverts, but personally I'd hate this. I love that the BBC doesn't have any adverts at all, it's one of the things I like most about it, I hate adverts with a passion.

Here's my question on that issue though: if you're Missham and you had all that time to cogitate over who'd abused you, wouldn't you at least re-check what the man in question actually looked like well before any Newsnight team pitched up...erm, like years ago? Maybe t'interweb hasn't reached North Wales yet?
