Player Valuation: Free Transfer
I feel it is time us fans made our feelings publicly known. It may be that Im in the minority but Im really not happy with the current state of affairs at the club. I have tried several times to pass comments on the Everton Website and they never post it so a debate cannot be started. Firstly I think Moyes and Kenwright have previously done a very good job in stablising the club. Now I feel though changes must be made. 15 years since we last had silver ware is not good enough. Finishing top 6 for a few seasons, fa cup finalisits, high attendances at home, some european money and yet one of the poorest teams in the Premiership is not good enough. Where is all the money going? why is the debt still getting bigger when we dont spend? Why can Kenwright not attract investors yet over the years Newcastle, Man U, Villa, QPR, Liverpool, Blackburn, Man City etc etc all have managed it. I believe the reason we cannot find investors is because Kenwright is holding it up either through greed or something else. We know that as things stand we don look a great investment spending more than we should and with thr ground the way it is. Dont forget though that so many of these other clubs were in the same boat when they got their buyers and did not have our history. There is something drastically wrong at our great club and we dont get answers, I believe its time now for either a demo at the games or chants for the board and Kenwright to step down. Moyes needs support our club needs investment. With things the way they are it wil never improve. Do you really want to tell your children that Everton were once one of the best teams in the land, in the 80's they helped dominate english football and then tell them that unfortunately we will never do it again. That by following Everton they are watching a team that will win nothing.Im calling on all fellow Everton fans to join the fight, get the board out, make Everton successful again. Lets not settle for also rans anymore- we are greater than this- Nil Satis Nissi Optimum means nothing but the best- Prove it!

to many passive fans mate bought into bills greatest trick were to just plodding along is seen as something good, and everbody elses failings are held up like a banner of how good he is , cant see a demo coming off unless we go out the cup and go even futher down.ps if anyone wants to start a riot count me in, storming the directors box lobbing seats might be the only way they will go

If we had a pound for every one of these threads started in the past fortnight we'd be able to buy the club.

**Donates eleventeen pounds to Bruce Wayne**

Imagine if GOT somehow owned Everton? Just wow.

Some good points in the OP though

He is making a good point, and like i said - the amount of unhappy evertonians, or at least the ones making their voices known is growing.

Totally agree with you, there aren't many Fans happy with this current bored! And More and more are letting it beknown!

Maybe worth keeping it in one thread though.

Shows how unhappy the fans are,if there are no incomings in the next 8 days there will be even more unhappy fans.

It's merely repeating itself though. There won't be any major signings this window, that's the reality. We have next to no cash and are generally speaking a loss making company. So either we take on debt, which will impact on our ability to spend in future windows, and take a short-term approach to appease grumbling fans, or we get money from other places.

One would be selling players, but to be honest the ones we've sold won't give us a great deal of leverage in the market as you can't get much for what we sold Pienaar for.

No doubt many would like the owners to put their hands in their pockets and fund a super signing, but you only have to look around the PL to see that clubs don't gift clubs money. Pretty much without fail it is loaned to the club, so in effect we'd be borrowing, just from an individual rather than the bank. Borrowing should only be done if it's to fund a major increase in revenue such as a new stadium, commercial venture (remember that shop/office we built - that won't have been built by thin air) or entry into something like the Champions League. Neither is likely this season.

I hear what your saying especially on the borrowing of money, but for me its the boards attitude towards the fans and the club. They dont seem to have our best interests at heart to me they are just waiting for someone to come along and pay over the odds which wont happen its like living in a big house and not maintaining it eventually it will fall to pieces. They constantly lie to us and are obviously not going to put any investment into the team. While there is no real interest or focus on the playing side from the board we make mistakes and lose money like gosling what a balls up that was we could have got up to 4 million for him and letting our player of the year run his contract down was awful management. The board have hidden behind moyes for too long and now the cracks are beginning to show they obviously dont care enough or have the means to support us but what a bite on the arse it would be if we got relegated and our selling price plummeted.
