Great programme although finding it is taking it longer and longer to download onto iTunes but I also listen to radio city phone in show on Monday nights and the notbitterjustbetter podcast a swell all available on itunes

Always listen to the Blue Room coming home from work. It's interesting listening to the Anfield Wrap on Friday (?) too, just for their opinions. Know thine enemy etc etc.

I tend to have them both on in the car.

As for that Anfield Wrap thing, that Neil Atkinson does my head right in. I actually avoid it, not because it's about the reds, but because he's so annoying.
