The big O man

Two great feet (AMAZING how many top level pros this doesn't apply to), comfortable receiving ball under pressure, good vision for a pass, improved immensely in the air (that leap above Kompany still one of my favourites of the last few seasons).

Too lightweight, not strong enough in his shooting/finishing quite often lets him down, inconsistent (like a lot of our players).

Overall I like him and always have, when played in the middle and on form he walks into my first 11.

I've always really liked him. I reckon he would have developed into an even better player had Cahill and Arteta not been about the club during the same period as him. If he is given a free CAM role he is a really creative player who picks up a few important goals along the way. Sure he is a bit light weight but that can be forgiven because he is blue through and through and you need a few of those in the club. His celebration after being knocked out after scoring against City last year showed just how much he loves the club!

When things were incredibly grim in the first half of the season, Osman was one of the few who showed any spirit on the field. This and the fact he can create and genuinely cause problems to the opposition make him an asset IMO.

He usually has a few games a season where he's awesome but then he goes missing again. Perhaps if he was played in the middle more often instead of being pushed out to the wings he could be more consistent.

Perhaps he just doesn't have that extra bit of mental toughness that seperates the really good players from the mediocre players.

Said it before. He should be captain in my eyes, has earned it
