T this must’ve been discussed but, what we thinking about having a vasectomy ?

Long suffering wife (gynaecologist so knows her stuff) needs freeing from her imposing birth control method (age happens to us all), and the snip is the safest option seeing as I blurt like Red Adair.

Any gotters been there?
The myth about 10% of procedures ending in contestant lingering pain does worry me slightly but, she assures me it’s a myth
5 of my mates have had it and no issues, I’m the only blue though so bound to go wrong.

I had mine before I was 30 ! I only had to look at a woman and she was up the duff. For me it was painless and no problems whatsoever, mad part was I had to produce a couple of samples a few weeks apart to make sure no tadpoles were swimming like Michael Phelps and I had to send them by post!! Bet the postman was pleased, it was over 40 years ago though so I'm sure times have changed.

I had a friend had his done a few years ago. All went well, no pain and all that, but he did get a letter in the post a year after the operation saying it hadn't worked.

For me, the safest option surely has to be just throw it up her hoop.

My missus been wanting me to get it for the past year. I will get it soon enough. Waiting lists up here are about 18 months though I’ve heard.
