Ok, so I know they all kind of suck. But I do actually think world in motion is a decent tune- that rap aside.

So the question isn’t really what’s the best, just what’s the least rubbish?







Maybe some maniac actually likes the Ant and Dec number. Or Eat my Goal. Or that Sven Sven Sven tune (with lyrics that reference Jimmy Saville

I’ve said England song but if there’s an absolute banger then a foreign choice is acceptable.

First thing first World in Motion doesn't suck at all even the jarg rap is great.

Secondly this should be the most one sided poll since the CIA offered some fella either being set fire too or getting a nosh off Pamela Anderson in 1994.

Vindaloo probably works as the best pure football song. It works very well as a chant.

nah, always found it overrated: flaccid chorus, obviously cheesy rap tho' got to be honest for a footballer John Barnes did a good job.

I expect Three Lions would win in a poll among actual England fans. Got the right amount of humour, catchyness and extra nostalgia-factor due to the home-tournament.

Vindaloo for the reasons you say: it's fun, proper lairy & beery, fat beats, and when it's on the radio i don't mind leaving it on. The others i'm sick of hearing and wanna mute.

A friend of mine was in this band. They toured Universities for several years off the back of this song. They smashed a huge amount of uni girls!
