Just read 2-3 of the Millwall fans were hospitalised - you are correct no deaths, but 2 were fighting for their lives ..... in intensive care at the time ....

Horrific from my view in the paddock corner - as we were going in through the turnstile My older brother stated what the hell ae those Millwall fans doing as there was a turnstile right on the corner of the Bullens road corner into the street end - they were chanting " we are going to take the street end - as you say carnage - - the st end had been tipped off as in about two minutes of knives flashing it was over - some Millwall fans ran on the pitch & legged it to the park end .....
Plus we got beat knocked out of the FA CUP by a then division 2 side .....
