The BM is less of an ultramarathon than it is a survival SEAL programme.

Doesn't really hold any appeal to me other than morbid curiosity.. most ultras are purposefully tough, but they aren't designed with the foremost intent of being uncompleteable.
 
I thought you meant Barkley Mansions, the sixties sitcom about a young scouse lad who wins the pools and heads for the bright lights of London. Sit back and enjoy the fun as his social awkwardness gets him into plenty of scrapes!

As far as Ultras go, I understand this one is little better than a curiosity at the moment. Does it have the potential to be great? Only time can tell.

As for the professional footballer, he’ll never finish without a pacer yelling, “Tern, Ross,” when the course changes direction.
