Seems surprisingly common. Reading t'other day about the rising cost of animal food now, and the knock on affect it has on meat prices. The farmer bloke was saying how it's practically impossible now to use leftovers/remains from human consumption to feed animals because of the regulations put in place after the swine flu thing.
