Every game should be 3pm on a Saturday, I dont care if people have travelled to Kiev on the Thursday.

The TV companies pump so much money into the Premier League that they have every right (within reason) to dictate kick off times.
I'm sure that most us appreciate the huge revenues enjoyed by being a member of the Premier League. If every game kicked off at 3pm on a Saturday, then the TV income would drop, probably massively. You can't have it both ways.
On a typical weekend, I enjoy being able to watch a live game with another 2/3/4 TV games on top. For me, just being able to watch one game a weekend would be boring step backwards.

It's simple. 12:45, 13:30, 17:30, 20:00 between two geographically close sides. 15:00, 16:00 for others. Although I'm somewhat reluctant to have Southampton vs Newcastle (for example) kick off at
16:00 on a Sunday.
So I'd say only 15:00 Saturday for games between sides that aren't close to each other.
