Yes mate, massive fan. Few years back there was a rumour they were getting back together to play Lollapalooza, I was at my laptop , credit card in hand, gig website in one window, Virgin Atlantic in the other. Missus was like "you aren't seriously flying to California to see the Cocteaus??" - "'kin watch me love" (they didn't )

2005, scheduled to play on my birthday...I got so mad I spent a small fortune and flew 5k+ miles on short notice to see my first Everton match so some good came of it.

I was thinking of starting a 00s thread, but lets be honest, nothing good came about apart from the bossness of the Premier League in Europe.

That was the one I was tellbout where Mrs d' indica was still dancing to Jeff Mills at 7am - I'd well pussied out by that point!!

How hardass! Whenever I went to a gig with one of those sorts playing I would just turn into a major league ligger!

Must have pissed off a load of people. Met Atkins in the Hacienda and was surprised how small he was, when I pointed out my surprise he was none too chuffed, perhaps I would have been better off on the dancefloor :)

Born in 1990, I like it because its a round number, it pleases me.

I'm thankful for the grunge era, bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam were still getting tons of airtime when I was of the age to appreciate good music.

The names of Chris Morris' characters are brilliant.

There's actually a metal band named after Ted Maul.

Harfynn Teuport, Austin Tasseltine and Dekkadeeka Dekkadade I think are some of my favourites.
lol Gypsum Fantastic and Patrick Da Fronk always raised a laugh from me
