The lamest excuse used in football by players, managers ..etc.

Rodwell the latest culprit regarding QPR match. Mancini has also said it in all four games that we have beaten him since he took over at City. Is it really a valid excuse?

If a team is setup correctly and prepared properly and holds a quality advantage over another team, then there is no excuse for defeat. Its like the term 'you make your own luck.' I agree with this statement.

Preperation and performance = winning. One or both of these was lacking against QPR, so it wasn't a 'thats football' scenario but more a lack of preperation or performance.

Huh?

Its perfectly valid, sometimes no matter how well you play or what you do you can lose a game of football.

We didn't deserve to lose on Sat, another day we could easily of won or drawn. But we didn't.

Sure, tactics and formations didn't help to maximise our possibility of winning but somedays things go your way and others they don't.

But you give yourself a better chance if you set up the team properly in the first place.
