Just Reminded me of when out with my 7 y.o. the other day on bikes, we were about to cross the road at the 'Puffin' Crossing ( ?? when they became that I don't know) lights changed to red, crossing went green and beeped and some loon decides to jump the red doing about 50 mph, the lad was on the side of me that he came from so he must have seen him, was only cos he was getting back on his bike that we hadn't already started to cross. Too fast to get his reg otherwise I'd have found him and smashed the bin he was driving to bits.
