TEVEZ TO SUE MANCINI!

He's disrespected every City fan that bought a shirt with his name on, I hope he is selected for a home game and given it by the whole stadium, to the point where it is so unbearable that he walks off, City have him for breach of contract and suspend him without pay for the remainder of it.
He is a prime example of player greed that is ruining the game, his home will almost certainly turn out to be in Italy or Spain if he gets his way, this is a guy that has been over here for 5 years and still doesn't see any reason to learn a single word of the language, which in any other part of society would be deemed unacceptable.
I hope Mansour decides that he will end this fellas career on behalf of the supporters of Man City.

In order for that to happen Mansour would have to give a fck about City and its fans, I would imagine he cares even less about them than Tevez.

All this couldnt have happend to a better Club, im on Tevez side, no matter how snidey he has acted.

He could be finished, really. City can afford to let him rot for 3 years and who's going to want to buy him with that baggage? He's not that good.

Myself, if he was in our price range (impossible), I would go for him. Proper bellend Tevez, he can go **** himself in all fairness but when he's in form, one of the best strikers in the EPL.

If they 'let him rot ' he can sue for constructive dismissal

Doubt it, they can say that he isn't in their plans apart from not wanting him to play for a club that they are going to be coming up against in the Champions League or Prem. He won't be interested in 'going home' for whats on offer there. They can screw him if they want.
They aren't dismissing him, they hold his contract and registration and can keep hold of him until the end of the term and if they don't wish to play him then they don't have to, he'd soon spit the dummy and give them reasons to fine him again.
