Not guilty for me. Even JT's not that stupid to shout at the top of his voice. And bare in mind half of his team is black and would have been well within ear shot. Notice how no one around him reacted? He'll get done though because of Suarez going down, no doubt.

You're using your own agendas against Terry here. 1. He's southern. 2. He's captain of the England national team which a lot of you retards hate. 3. He IS a massive prick, granted. But I don't think he should be found guilty of racism because of that.

Shouting being the operative word.

Half of what he says is obscured by Ashley Cole's head. If what he has explained is true then it's perfectly plausible the most important part of what he said was obscured. As I said, no one around him reacted. Chelsea have a lot of black players and none of them seem to have any problem with him. Ashley Cole was right ****ing there and he did nothing. Even Anton Ferdinand didn't react particulally. Even if he DID say what he's accused of, the video evidence is obscured and therefore can't be used.

If it comes out that he is guilty and players who were there come out and explain what was said then I'll hold my hands up. But having seen the evidence I don't think he is. I believe that the beggining of his sentence was obscured from view. And tbh it is plausable that that part could have been 'I didn't call you a...'

Its beyond football and the FA when the police are involved mate. This is more serious than the Suarez thing

And theyve apparently found more damming evidence we've not seen
 

If he's been charged the CPS must think there's a good chance of him being covicted, so they are either expecting a jury of Arsenal fans, or there's evidence we don't know about.
 
I can only base my opinion on what I've seen. So should you. Don't take into account your personal views on JT. I haven't. The beggining part of his sentence is obscured so opinion is purely speculation- much like mine. I'm not saying he's DEFINATLY not guilty. I just believe he is until proven otherwise. There might be evidence I haven't seen. It could have been nothing and he could be guilty. It could also be the vital part that clears his name. I think due to the lack of a reaction from his team mates and Anton Ferdinand a like I would say it's the latter. It's my opinion.

I really wouldn't want someone to be falsely convicted of a serious crime because they're southern or the England captain. Come on mate, that's nonsense.

If he hasn't done it then fair play. But they've charged him and as someone has said, they have seen more than us. This isn't the FA -- this is the courts, and I've enough faith in the legal system to figure out whether or not a man surrounded by 50 cameras said something racist or not.

And should he be found guilty, then it's just another reason as to why I'll find him an odious, horrible little tw*t, and for that reason -- not the fact that he's southern or the England captain -- I hope he gets his comeuppance.
