All going great thanks Sassy, I’m now into the pre - diabetic stage. Also have lost a load of weight,I weighed 12 stone 6 pounds before I started my health kick, I now weigh 10 stone 13 pounds, feeling fitter, sleeping better, just a shame I didn’t get type 2 diabetes a few years ago! lol

Absolutely It's superb and not pretentious at all. I like it when drinking it straight but its heavenly when utilized for bloody Marias too

That's fantastic, Lou. I'm very happy for you. It proves that good things can come out of difficult circumstances, but it happened because you made an effort to turn things around so kudos to you my friend ?? better late than never
