Whoever completed that risk assessment is absolutely bricking it now and probably about to be thrown under the bus along with the escorts. I'll be following it closely but I doubt the full fallout will be publicly known.

Oh I meant the mental state risk assessment prior to leave (if it was from a hospital) but i do remember what you're talking about.
There was a similar situation on a smaller scale at Maghull North Station when they built that so going across the walkway between platforms you now see right into people's back rooms and gardens whereas before it was just fields. Apparently the market value of their homes was dramatically reduced. Selfishly im just happier of a shorter walk when I go home to see my Mum.
