Dear Anyone,

I have been given task of changing the colour of a building blue to celebrate 70 years of UNICEF.
The only possible way that I can think of is by using a photo, making it black and white then 'colouring' the building blue 'photoshop' style. Just like the balloon in one of my favourite childhood films even. Shame about the choice of colour mind!

Being a user of only Apple products, I am looking for an app of some kind that will allow me do this. I seem to recall using iPhoto in the past but for some reason this app has become obsolete...I think.

My question to anyone is: 'What is the best app for changing the colour of a picture to blue?'

Was gonna offer but garrick's an actual pro not just some tool that does bad photoshops for an Everton forum. @Prevenger17
