We need the likes of Peter Reid, Tim Cahill and Duncan Ferguson in our side at the moment. The ones that will role up their sleeves and give their all even when it's not going write.

Unfortunately - with a few exceptions (Besic, Stones, Lukaku) - no one seems bothered which is worrying..
