mine is...

  • posh: brewed in a pot, thereafter add milk/sugar to taste

  • warm liquid: tepid water skims teabag, immediately remove teabag, add loads of milk & sugar

  • rebel: teabag/milk/sugar first, then boiling water

  • builder: leave the teabag in so it gets more tangy as you sip

  • bitter: never ever add sugar you wimp

  • hipster: once you go black you never go back

  • standard: teabag first, then hot water, after 2-3 mins take bag out then add milk/sugar to taste

  • other (feel free to write an essay about it like Orwell once did)

I always milk first, I know this is frowned upon by people but you can't judge the strength of black tea by sight easily. I can judge the exact amount of milk I use as I've experimented to get it right. I then leave the tea bag for a few minutes to steep then remove it and add sugar. Sugar cannot be added before the teabag is removed as they posses dark magic that steals sugar.

Should be a multiple choice option depending on time and available tools.

tea in microwave for example..used to be perfectly acceptable to d/d..

People with functioning tastebuds drink tea. Coffee is a passing hipster trend, and smells like squirrel dung.

In our house, tea is brewed in a pot. The various people taking tea are free to drink it as they please... but people who add milk are noted, and people who add sugar are not invited back.

Wouldn't dream of embarrassing myself in those establishments sunshine! There's something like 28p worth of coffee in those cups they sell , they can sod off! I make my own coffee thank you very much , damn fine it is too ! You stick with ya tea belly!
