The probe is regarding PAYE and VAT taxes, nothing to do with income tax. Who knows who the 4-8 clubs are...

Far more likely to be clubs paying big wages to foreigners as the EBT is basically a way of putting money into a big pot that is then accessed by the trustee (player) when they are no longer resident in UK for tax purposes, thus not paying any tax. Club also benefits by not paying employers NI. Complex and ultimately now illegal tax dodge that wouldn't be worth it unless you had a lot of foreigners.

The collective mind of RAWK did hear that rumour as well, and got as far as having a banner printed up proclaiming their innocence... until they realised there was a typo in the original post and so there was no demand for payment of black taxes.
