Ermm. Roy Hodson picked Terry over Rio because he had to have 1 or the other and Terry was in better form. I dont doubt that Rio said that he wouldnt play with Terry. This was before a 'conviction'. So Rio was taking the word of a fan.

He should have remained professional, got his head down and played. That's what the rest of us have to do with our colleagues we dont get on with. He'd still be playing for England if he had of done. OK after the conviction fair enough, but until something was concrete that's what he should have done. Terry retired anyway and Rio would be in the squad.

Yeah their might be, but in all honesty a LOT of black players wore the Kick It Out T Shirt aswell so I'm not sure. The one's that didnt have done absolutely nothing to help with matters.
