Nice one mate. I'll expect to read all this in the Echo tomorrow when they rip you off again.

Very good. I think you may have nailed the team there as well.

Could go either way this.

"...with Steven Pienaar expected to step up to play off the striker who I would expect to be Louis Saha. Leon Osman will most likely fill Pienaar’s position on the left flank with the rest of the team likely to be unchanged. The other alternative is to go with Fellaini in Cahill’s slot..."

No, no, and thrice no.

Nice :)

Got to admit, I'll be immensely disappointed if Moyes starts with Osman on the inside left. I'd rather have Rodwell, if he's insisting on not playing Bilyaletdinov, as at least Rodders will offer a bit of defensive discipline to allow Baines to bomb on the left.

Overall though, unless a drastically different attitude is brought to the game by both the management and the players, I'm pessimistic for this game. I'd be delighted if we came away with a point.

The Gareth Bale image seems a bit pointless though!!! It's just blank!

According to Graham Hunter Pienaar has already signed for Spurs so he may be out of the question.

I know about the links and Pienaar is a fine player but who would he start in place of in the Spurs team?

I don't think he'd want to come to Spurs simply to warm the bench.

Hey THFC, you still going to come 'round after the match or should we hold off on getting warm fuzzies from your posts? Just checking - I don't want to get invested. We've got a resident ManUtd supporter who is a credit to his peoples. Maybe you could be like him. Maybe....

spurs arnt the team we would pick to play right now been in good form and playing some good stuff. The players need to go at this fired up or were in trouble, high tempo ,close them down and keep it up for 90 minutes, there to good a side to play like we have lately and expect to get anything from if playing anything like we have at some of are home games.

The Executioners Bong!!! The name has finally just clicked, ha, nice work on that and the tactics ;-)

I'd be delighted to pop-in every now and again, especially if there's anything Spurs-related that might be of interest to you chaps.

I've always felt a certain affinity with Everton supporters, probably because we are both the senior clubs in our cities and we've had rather a bad time recently with regard to our upstart red neighbours.

Welcome aboard mate, i hate Spurs, but good luck on Wednesday.

Money can warm and cushion a cold hard bench. Look at Lescott.

The lure of riches poached him to be part of the 'big project', no-one told him he wasn't part of it as he's not big enough...

Perhaps you're right, but the only reason players like Niko Kranjcar, Robbie Keane and David Bentley want a move away from WHL is that they're just not getting enough playing time at the moment.

I simply can't see the sense in bringing in a big money signing like Pienaar if he's not going to be in the reckoning week by week for a first team slot.
