I think it's me that's outdated

Nah what I was reading was in fact itself outdated so CELTA is back in apparently

If it is accredited it will say on their website/literature.

This is the place I ran - look at the British Council logo at the bottom of the page.

Hasn't got British Council but it's got some other accreditation from NCFE AND EDU. Yeah, looks good your one.

To be honest I think I'm gonna do the one I posted, they've been very helpful answering all the questions I had and some of the job opportunities they can organize look exactly what I want to do. It's only £45 and I can always do another one if it's not exactly what I need for some other jobs.

Yeah right. I know the reasons lid. You want to walk around wearing shorts and finger loads of sultry complicated foreign girls.

It's why I went abroad too.

This is pretty much the gist of the introductory talk at any TEFL course.

Colombia6, by the time I plan to go I should have my QTS but I still might do the TEFL course in case I plan to go one summer or something. Are you enjoying doing it? What's Georgia like? It's the sort of place I'd love to go.

Yeah I'm loving Georgia; good food, good people, good (and cheap) wine! Accommodation and meals are provided, and you get a salary of about $240 a month on top of that. Sounds very little, but it's more than what most here get, and it's enough to have a good time.

Living conditions are pretty uncomfortable however.

Sounds good enough to me! What's wrong with the accommodation?

My brother done it there a few years back. He had only basic experience of the language through doing it for his GCSE's (mind you he got a D in it!). Took off and stayed in Spain for two years and is now in a serious relationship with a Spanish bird. Said it was the best experience of his life and recommended me to do it after Uni or during a gap year.

Is there any restrictions to certain countries or can you more or less go anywhere non-English speaking?
