Switching off when we are playing bad

I have to get up at 12:50 am to watch the game on Sunday night. After West Ham scored the first goal I thought "we aren't going to win this" so I went to bed. I often do this. Am I a bad fan?
No, just fed up to the back teeth...like me and others, especially if you watch in the wee small hours and its already Monday.
With a 0100 start, I didnt even bother, watched in the morning, once the third went in it was fast forward just in case, then on with monday

I walked out of a bar on Sunday because when the 2nd went in as there was an elderly West Ham couple sat behind me and I didn’t want to spoil their enjoyment and come across like a northern knob head on tour while on holiday.

So I went back to the hotel bar and acted like a northern knob head on my own in an empty bar .

When the 3rd went in I bailed back to the room .

I took my boy to his first game on Sunday in France, where we live. An absolute stinker of a 0-0. It finished just before the Everton game kicked off. I thought nothing could be worse than the game we just witnessed. Then Everton happened

I think your biggest mistake was getting up in the first place...
